My business partner and I (we are Canadian residents) have just incorporated our business in the US and now we are looking to open a bank account. However, we understand that an EIN number is required. Our registered agent filed the request to the IRS and they said it'll take about 2-3 weeks the get it.
So k have a few questions:
1- Can we open a business checking account with you in the US without us having to go to the US?
2- Can we open said bank account without an EIN number and give it when we get it?
3- If yes, what is the procedure to do that?
Thanks for your help,

Hi Sandeep. Thanks for your interest in TD Bank!
We're so glad you're considering us for your business account.
In order to open a business account here in the United States, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store in person. While both TD Canada Trust and TD Bank may be under the TD umbrella, they are separate entities and cannot act on the other's behalf.
If you'll be in the U.S. anytime soon, we hope you'll stop in to see us to open your new business account. To find a Store near your business in Delaware, or anywhere you'll be visiting, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. In the meantime, we encourage you to check out all we have to offer to our small business customers by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1yIQh21.
