I am an Indian Citizen immigrating to Canada in October 2015. I wanted to open a savings account with TD Bank prior to travelling. Please let me know how to go about it.

Thanks for replying. I went through Ms. Jennifer's reply. It says i can only open an account by visiting the bank branch in Canada. Opening facility is not available from India itself like Scotiabank. I will open in Scotiabank then. Thanks a lot for the help.
