Hi, I am a TD Canada Trust customer. I have opened a cross-border chequing account with TD Bank (US), made my initial deposit and have successfully signed up for online banking.
I'd like to order cheques for my account, but when I go through the online ordering process, it won't complete because it says there is no city, state and zip code for my mailing address. Of course, my address is in Canada, so TD has entered my city, province and postal code on a second address line, with the actual city, state and zip fields left blank. (hence the error in the cheque ordering process).
I went into online banking to update my mailing address to fill in the fields properly, but there is only a drop down menu to choose "state" with no Canadian provinces option.
How can I order cheques for my account? Prior to opening my account, I was advised it was straightforward and that I could do it easily online. Thanks for your time, I look forward to your reply.
