i tried enrolling but it will not let me. i want to be able to pay my bill online and cannot enroll.

Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Jessica. We are happy to get you pointed in the right direction today with your question.
You have the option of making payment to your TD Cash Rewards Visa Credit Card at the comfort of your own home by visiting the TD Credit Card website at www.tdcardservices.com. To enroll your account, please select the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or you may click the following link to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, the first is to "Verify," step two is to "Register," and step three is "Success." You will need your account/card number handy for the enrollment process.
Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can now make payments without having to visit us. Online Banking Customers with a TD Bank Checking or Savings account may also make their Credit Card payments online by logging in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you happen to have a TD Checking or Savings account and have not enrolled for Online Banking, that's okay- we can help get you set up! You will need your ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, once you have those items handy, number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Next, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. You may also visit us at any TD Store, during lobby hours, to make a payment on your Credit Card Account. For help locating a TD Store near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, payments made via a TD Store or via Online may take up to 2 business days for processing.
