Hi Anna, welcome to TD Helps. We are happy to provide you with additional details.
To view check images that are older than 60 days, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after logging in and selecting the "Accounts" tab and then the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement.
If you receive paper statements at this time instead, check images would also be printed on your paper statements if you opted to receive these for a small fee, or if your account type provides these free of charge.
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or, feel free to request copies while logged in to your Online Banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Once you're logged in, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Kindly note that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment.
Please also keep in mind that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
We hope this information is helpful and enjoy the rest of your day!
