Hi, I have made my credit card account in 2014 in this branch with a low annual fee as a student. I have recently being charged around monthly $10, and I think this is because I have not proven my student status these days. I am currently studying in Australia (expected graduation year of 2020), I want to prove my student status to lower monthly charge. I am currently out of country so phone call is very inconvenient.
