I purchased an item on ebay, expecting an item that was listed as being in perfect condition with no damage, yet I received a damaged item. The seller refuses to receive returns or refund me... Ebay also refuses to help me on the case due to not looking over the photos of damaged goods I received. I am unsure of what to do as the item cost me over $200. Can TD bank resolve my issue instead?
