etransfer from our account was unclaimed. How do I deposit the money back into our account?

Welcome, Ian! We'll be happy to answer your question today.
Based on the information you have provided, it seems like you are referring to a Send Money transfer. In order for the recipient to receive the funds automatically, they would have to be enrolled in Send Money.
The recipient will be notified by email or text message, and they will have 10 days to accept the transfer. After the 10 days, the transfer will expire, and the funds will be deposited back into your account. If it has been longer than 10 days since the transfer was supposed to be received, we ask that you contact our Tech Support department directly at 1-800-493-7562. Tech Support is available to assist 24/7.
