We deleted ar online account. Now, due to a need for a record of payments, we need to get that payee and history back. Can it be done?

Although you're unable to recover your deleted Payee information, we do have some good news.
If you were to reactivate your online account, you are able to view you Bill Pay history for the last 24 months, including payments from deleting Payees. When you're in the Bill Pay history section of our website, make sure to choose the necessary date range along with "Show All."
