If you're viewing an account via your Online Banking that you'd rather not see, we'd be more than happy to remove this from your view. To have this set to your preferences, please get in touch with us directly. You can reach us in a few ways – by phone, you can call us on 800-493-7562, 24/7, so we can fix this up for you, or you can also stop in to any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you'd like, you can also send us a Secure Message online with your request - to do so, please log in to your Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your specific request, including the last four digits of the account you'd like to remove, and Specialist will respond shortly.
Kindly keep in mind that this account will still be open, Kenneth. Also note that we're able to provide one Online Banking profile per Customer/Social Security number, so the account you choose to remove will not be able to be viewed online elsewhere. We can add or remove this at your request, so feel free to contact us anytime to change your preference.
