I am trying to request money from a client of mine. I sent a text to his phone. He is a chase bank user - he is asking me what to do next - he received the text - I am trying to figure out how he needs to respopnd to the text?

Welcome to TD Helps, Michael.
Please note, the instructions needed for sending money via Send Money are included in the text message that your client would've received. We’d like to inform you that in order to utilize Send Money, you must have a personal checking or money market account, an e-mail address, and a mobile number. If you are looking to make instant transfers, you must also have an active debit card associated with the account you are using.
We encourage you to advise your client to confirm that he or she meets the requirements and has fully registered for this service with their financial institution in order to send you the money.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support department by dialing 800-493-7562, available 24/7.
We hope this helps, Michael!
