Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Susan. We're sorry you're having trouble accessing your Home Equity Loan, and we'll be happy to help you get access again.
We would like to take this opportunity to let you know, that you are able to have your password reset from the login page. In order to get to the login page, you will first need to visit www.tdbank.com. Once you are viewing our main sight, on the upper left hand side, you will see a tab that reads "Banking." Once this tab is highlighted, under the Personal Banking link, you will see a section that reads "Mortgage." This will lead you to a page that list all of our Mortgage loans. You will now want to scroll down towards the bottom of the page to the section that reads "Manage your online mortgage application". In this section, you will see a link that says "Go to MyDocuments." Once here, you will see your login page as well as a link that will allow you to reset your password. You may get to this page directly by following the link provided here: https://go.td.com/29DvF9m.
If you are still having issues logging into your Online Banking for your Mortgage, you may also call and speak with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist by dialing 800-937-5020. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be more than happy to assist you with any of your concerns.
We hope this helped answer your questions, Susan, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
