Hey Wendy, welcome to TD Helps. We're sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in.
You may reset your Password on the full version of our website by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're on the Login page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your User Name. You'll then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you'll be able to reset your Password.
If you use BusinessDirect please contact a Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562, option 2 to have your password reset.
Also, please keep in mind your User Name may be stored on your device with our mobile application, unlike our website. If you'd like to confirm your User Name or have trouble with resetting your Password online please contact a Banking Specialist 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week at 888-751-9000.
