Great seeing you here on TD Helps, Joe and we'll be happy to assist you with your mobile app.
If you've been having difficulty logging in to your online account via mobile, we'd first like to let you know that any maintenance or changes to your online account must be completed via our full site at www.tdbank.com, or at this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To troubleshoot issues with the app, we recommend beginning there. Once you're able to log back in, you can return to the app, if it's your preferred login method.
For login issues, please direct your browser to the link above and first check to be sure that you have entered your credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock is off.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you have the correct user name, you may reset your password by following the link above. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If your account has been locked or you do not recall your user name, please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They will be able to assist you in resetting your account access. You can also stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. Please visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
Hope these options help a bit, Joe and let us know if you have other questions. Have a great night.
