If you are referring to the password for your personal TD Bank Online Banking account and you currently know this password and your user name, you will be able to change this information after you sign in. Please log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, please click on the Customer Service tab. Please select the "Change Password" link, then fill in the necessary fields and submit your changes.
If you are a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the links to change this information at the Service Center, under the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you have forgotten your password, it's ok! You can use our self-service option to reset your password. For your personal account, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If for any reason you are unable to reset your password, you may contact us at 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. If you need to reset the password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, Option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.
Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification Password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank store.
