If you currently know both your user name and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.

If you do not remember your username and password, or having trouble when resetting your credentials online, we can help too! You may contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in gaining access to your Online Banking.
