I forgot the password for my online account, but when I tried to reset it, this was written there: "We were unable to authenticate the information you entered. Please try again. " But I'm sure, that all the infos I entered are valid (I mean, the SSN and my user name). Also I'm in another country right now for a while. Could you help me what to do in this situation? Is it possible to arrange it without making a phone call?
