Thank you for bringing your question to TD Help today, Michael.
We have a few options for you to retrieve your account number and are happy to share them with you. If this is a Checking account and you have some checks with you, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Your account number can also be located on the right top corner of your monthly statements. If this is a new account, you will receive your statement within 30 days from the account opening date. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store in person. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
If you are enrolled for our Online Banking, another way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please contact us 24/7 directly at 1-888-751-9000. Although the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can verify you and then assist you with online enrollment. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you're more than welcome to visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Feel free to visit here: http://bit.ly/1lnLZE5 for all the exciting features we currently offer via our Online Banking service.
Michael, we hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
