I need to send a email to a company about a purschase I made online because I didn't recieve it
Is there a way to do that from the mobile app????

If you haven't received an item you purchased online and need to contact the merchant, you'll want to contact them by phone, or send an email through your personal email address. Please note, through www.tdbank.com or on our mobile site, you're able to send a secured message to a TD Bank Representative only.
If you need to provide proof, we would recommend that you provide a copy of your current bank statement as an attachment in PDF format via the email. You may also want to contact the merchant directly to determine what information they may need and how to provide it.
