Thanks for considering TD Bank for your banking needs, Jim.
We do offer Trust accounts. We welcome you to stop by a TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours to set up a Trust account at your convenience. For a list of the Store locations, hours and telephone numbers, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Or feel free to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. If you would like, one of our Specialists can establish an appointment at your preferred TD Bank Store for you during your call. Please be sure to have your photo ID (license, state issued ID, military ID or passport) and your Social Security number with you during your visit. Depending on the specific type of the Trust account you like to open, we highly recommend reaching out to the TD Store you will be visiting to open the account in advance to confirm if any other documents will be needed.
We are looking forward to meeting you soon, Jim. Take care!

To my knowledge both individuals on trust account must sign paper work etc..
This is causing problem as they live in different states.
What are options to open an account given this circumstance.
Can it be done online ?
Or can each individual go to different TD bank near them to accomplish this ?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Jim! We're happy to point you in the right direction.
When opening a trust account, all trustees are authorized signers on the account therefore, it would be the trustee's responsibility to ensure that funds are being used in compliance with the terms of the trust.
We recommend reviewing the terms of these accounts with a banker at a TD Store location near you for more information regarding the signer out of state. Please see http://go.td.com/1WxWpIB to find your local Store and their lobby hours, or feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. If you would like, one of our Specialists can establish an appointment at your preferred TD Bank Store for you during your call.
We hope that this info helps out, Jim. Let us know if you have any other questions.
