Thanks for reaching out to us here on TD Helps, Ericka. We would be happy to provide the information needed to get you set up for Online Banking!
Please click here to start the enrollment process for TD Bank Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This link will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page. Please choose Personal from the drop down box. Once you’re there, please complete steps 1 through 3. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank AMT/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you’ve completed the application, you should have immediate access to your account(s)!
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Online Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up!
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
If you do not have a TD Debit Card for your business, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for both your personal and business Online Banking set up. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope the information provided helps, Ericka. Enjoy the rest of your day and please don’t hesitate if you have any further questions.
