I requested a one (1) time Power of Attorney document for my 92 years old mother and since then this company has billed my account $39.95 each month. My efforts to stop this has been unsuccessful and I cannot afford this monthly charge for a service I don't need or use. How can I stop this short of changing my debit card? Thank you

Please understand, as we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Although we're unable to place a stop payment on Debit Card transactions, we would be happy to provide other options available to you. We recommend contacting the merchant directly to cancel the payment and request a refund. If the merchant resists, you may file a dispute.
