Hi; How do I cease PopMoney payments? I cannot find anything about it on the TD Online site, and the customer service rep at a TD branch had no idea what I was takling about.

Happy Friday, John, and welcome to TD Helps.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to let you know that TD Bank recently upgraded our Pop Money feature, now called Send Money! Our Send Money feature offers similar benefits that were included with Pop Money, the only exception being that this service is now free.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have a reoccurring person to person transfer being either debited or credited to your account that you would like to cancel. If this is the case, you're welcome to either cancel this payment on your own, or you may also contact us directly, and we'll be happy to help.
To cancel any reoccurring person to person transfers on your own, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl. Once you have fully logged in, simply select the 'Send Money' tab. If you have never used Send Money, you may need to accept some new Terms and Agreements before you may proceed.
Next, you should be viewing TD Bank's Send Money feature, and to cancel any reoccurring payments, you'll want to click on the 'Activity' tab. From here, you can view your 'Pending Activity', as well as your 'Past Activity'. If you have anything listed as pending, find the transfer you would like to cancel, and simply select 'Cancel'. You will next be asked to confirm if you would like to cancel all reoccurring payments for this transfer, or just the next upcoming transfer. After making your selection, press the green 'Cancel Payment(s)', and you will then receive a confirmation that your transfer was cancelled.
If you have any trouble, or if you would prefer to speak with a Specialist in regard to your concerns, our Tech Support Team is here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To reach a Specialist, you may simply dial 800-493-7562.
We hope this clears up any confusion, John, and have a great weekend!
