Welcome to TD Helps, Terenia.
Based on your inquiry, we believe that you are an authorized signer on a business account, and you wish to be removed from the account. We'd like to inform you that all authorized signers must be present at the nearest TD Bank Store, in order to remove an authorized signer from a business account. We invite you to click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
We encourage you to contact the Store you plan on visiting, to confirm that there are no additional documents needed.
If you are referring to disabling an authorized user through business direct, we'll be happy to walk you through this. The initial user ID must log in here: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. Once you've logged in, please click on the 'Users' tab. You will then be able to view all of the users set up under this ID. To disable an additional user's log in, please select the 'User ID' and click on 'Disabled' next to the 'Status'. Once you click 'Update User', and 'Confirm Update', this ID will no longer have access.
If you need any assistance with this, please feel free to reach out to Small Business Banking by dialing 800-493-7562, and select option 2.
We hope this information helps, Terenia. Have a great day!
