Thanks for writing in on TD Helps today, Ying.
To send an international wire transfer from your TD Bank account we ask that you visit a TD Bank location. To initiate an international wire you must have a Checking, Money Market or Statement Savings account with TD Bank. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as international wires cannot be initiated online.
Before visiting a TD Bank location it may be a good idea to connect with the person or business you're sending the wire to for the information that will be needed to ensure it is completed accurately. Please note fees may apply. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information. Also, we do not process wires if the instructions for the receiving bank are PUPID (Payable Upon Proper Identification).
For Store hours and locations please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd be happy to provide the information for when you are receiving an incoming international wire from Hong Kong. Please know that the information you need to provide to the sending bank overseas is based on how the funds are being sent.
If the funds are being sent in foreign currency, please provide the following information to the sending bank:
Correspondent Bank SWIFT Code: TDOMCATTTOR; Correspondent Bank: The Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2; Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Beneficiary Bank: TD Bank N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054;
In Favor of: TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
However, if the bank you mention in Hong Kong will be sending you funds in U.S. Dollars, please instead provide the following information:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware; ABA: 0311-0126-6; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
In some cases, please be aware that the financial institution sending the wire to TD Bank may not be able to use an ABA number for a wire transfer. If they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (in U.S. currency), then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A.; Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Bank Address: TD BANK N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
Additionally, we strongly recommend confirming with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Hope this helps and that you have a nice weekend.
Justin B, Mount Laurel
