Hello Liz, thanks for your question today. We'll be happy to assist.
To start making your transfer, you'll first want to log in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You'll then want to select the 'Transfers' tab. You would then select the 'To' and 'From' accounts from the appropriate drop down menus and include the amount to be transferred. Be sure to specify whether or not the transfer is immediate or for a later date before selecting continue. Online banking will then ask you to confirm your transfer. We recommend ensuring that there are sufficient funds in the account you are transferring from before proceeding.
You may also make a transfer through the app! You'll have to log in through the app on your smartphone or tablet first. Once you're logged in, you may click on 'Transfer,' and similar to the steps mentioned above, select the 'From' and 'To' account, and enter the amount. You will also have to select if you'd like the transfer to be done 'Now' or 'Future.'
