I am outside the usa for vacation and is hard for me to call a customer service to unlock my credit card account and I am trying pay my bill I need help

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you're having trouble making purchases with your TD Bank Credit Card, and if this the case, we'd like to recommend that you connect with one of our Credit Card Specialists over the phone for further assistance. We understand that you're currently outside of the United States; however, please know that with TD Helps not being a secure forum, we are unable to access your card or personal information to directly assist you at this time. To reach a Credit Card Specialist, we invite you to dial 888-561-8861, toll free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just in case you may be having trouble with your TD Bank Debit Card, and not a credit card, we'd like to invite you to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist. Banking Specialists are also available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached toll free to simply dialing 1-856-751-9000. In addition to speaking with one of our Banking Specialist in regard to your debit card, if you have access to your Personal Online Banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
