Hey Muhammed, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps.
To transfer funds from your TD account to your account with Chase, you may use our External Transfer feature via your TD Online Banking. Once you've logged in, to send an external transfer, please select the "Transfer" tab and click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank". You will need to input the account information you have located with another institution by clicking on the "Add a New Account" link.
However, if you are looking to transfer funds from your TD account in a family or friend's account at Chase, you may use Person-to-Person feature, also via your TD Online Banking. This feature is located under the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab via your Online Banking. To add contacts to your list, please click on the "Contacts" link located beneath the "PopMoney" word.
For more details on these services, please check out http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically Pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and Amounts) for our TD External Transfer and Person to Person Payments Services Terms and Conditions.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you have questions regarding online transfers, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help. You may also visit a TD Store in your area for help. For Store hours and locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If External Transfer or Person-to-Person Payment is not an option for you, or you have a TD Business Checking account, you may wish to visit your local TD Bank store to initiate a domestic outgoing wire transfer. Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name, address and routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
If you happen to have a Business account with TD Bank and is currently utilizing TD BusinessDirect, you have the option of scheduling transfers from your BusinessDirect account via Wire transfers. Wire transfers can be accessed through the "Wires" tab. The enrollment for wire services is very similar to that of the ACH enrollment. By selecting "click here," via the Wires tab you will have to answer 3 questions similar to that of the ACH enrollment. You will also receive a similar confirmation telephone call.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of these features, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. Our Small Business Specialists would be happy to help you with your BusinessDirect account.
Please note that there may be fees for the use of the above services. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps and please have a great one.
