I need to prove that I paid a company in full December of 2014 that they are asking me now for more money. I need a copy of check that was written out in December and shows cashed in January. How can I obtain a copy of that check?

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Diana. We'd be glad to help you obtain a copy of a check.
If your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your online statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online you must log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After selecting the account you would like to view, please click on the "Statements & Notices" tab to select the year and month of the statement.
You may also send us a secure message online, while logged into your Online Banking, to request a copy of the check to be mailed to you. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently signed up for Online Banking you can click http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to enroll. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and Social Security Number to sign up.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, if the image is not available online or you do not currently use Online Banking and a Banking Specialist can request a copy to your home address.
As always, you may visit one of our TD Bank Stores, for this request. For a listing of Store locations and hours near you please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that for multiple copies, fees may apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
We hope this helps, Diana and have a good afternoon.
