Do you have maintenance fees for HSA accounts? Is there anything special that needs to be done to transfer my current HSA account to you?

Should you decide that you'd like to establish an HSA with us, or if you'd like to discuss it further with one of our Specialists, you're welcome to stop in any TD Bank Store. To open the account, please bring your valid photo ID (such as a Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID) and your Social Security number with you. In addition, since you're interesting in transferring the funds from your existing HSA account, your Representative can also assist you with the transfer paperwork during your visit. I was not charged a $20 setup fee but I was charged a $4 maintenance fee. Have your fees changed? Is there any way (e.g. high balance) to avoid the monthly maintenance fee?

We apologize for any confusion, as fees are always subject to change, we have made some updates to our Health Savings Account product.
In regards to our Health Savings Accounts, there is a $4 monthly maintenance fee. Many of our products do offer extra benefits depending on the relationship with TD Bank, even additional maintenance-free accounts in some cases, and we encourage you to review this with us.
