As you mentioned that you haven't received your HSA account statements recently, unless you've elected to receive your statements electronically, you should still be receiving your monthly statements via mail.
To best assist you, we do ask that you connect with our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000; they're available 24/7, for assistance. After account verification, we'd be happy to review this further with you. They can mail a duplicate copy of your recent statement to you per your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If the address we have on records for you needs to be updated, they'll be more than happy to assist as well.
