How do I add a beneficiary to my HSA without going to a TD branch. I was told I could fill out a form online and/or mail the information in when I set up my account.

It's a pleasure to see you at TD Helps today, Christy.
To add a beneficiary to your account, we invite you to visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours and you may find a listing of TD Store locations and hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please make sure you have the information of the individual(s) you are adding as the beneficiary. Information such as their name, address and date of birth. Please understand, although no signature is needed for the Beneficiary you're adding, a new signature card may be signed all of the existing signers on the account.
Thanks for reaching out, Christy and take care!
