Thanks for your question, Hannah. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that only authorized signers on an account are eligible to order a debit card in their name. If your spouse is not an authorized signer at this time, you would need to visit a TD Store to add them to the account. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Keep in mind that you both will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and your spouse will need their Social Security Number.
If your spouse is already an authorized signer on the account, they are able to request a debit card by contacting us directly either by visiting a TD Store, calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by sending a secure message.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If your spouse plans on sending a message, please ensure they include their current address.
We hope this helps, Hannah. Have a good day.
