Hey, Simeon! Thanks so much for opening a new account with us. We're more than happy to help you.
As you mentioned that you just opened your account online, it may be that you weren't able to write down your new account number at that time. If this is the information you're looking for, you're welcome to stop in at any of our convenient Store locations and they'll be able to provide it for you. Please find a Store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that for your account security, we are unable to provide your account number via telephone, secured email, or TD Helps message.
Also, if you didn't request to make your initial deposit during your application, you're also welcome to do so when you visit, and a Visa Debit/ATM card can also be issued at that time if you prefer. Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you're looking for any other information which may have been provided at the time of account opening, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance, or inquire during your Store visit.
We hope this is helpful, Simeon and please let us know about any other questions. Have a great one!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
