I booked a vacation rental using my TD visa back in June. I received notification the rental had been cancelled on December 5th. I still haven't been refunded on my visa for the rental. It was in USD and I have spoken to the rental agency and they have issues me a release of funds slip on December 11th, still no money back on my card. Just wondering where to go from here.. Thank you

We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If you're referring to your TD Canada Trust account, we encourage you to reach out to a Specialist there to determine the next steps.
