the guy deleted the question I was having trouble with. I keep trying to log into my account but it's not letting me because I dont have enough security questions now. How do I add another question?

From what you described, it sounds like you are trying to log in via our Mobile App. In order to get the prompt to add a new question, you must visit our full website at www.tdbank.com. If you're using a device other than a computer to reach our website, you may have to scroll to the bottom and click onto "View Full Site."
