I already have a Nordstrom Visa through TD, am I allowed to apply and be approved for the business Credit Card or is there a limit to 1 card per person?

Welcome to TD Helps, Anna!
It's great to hear that you're interested in applying for TD Bank's business credit card, and we'll be happy to provide you with all the information you may need to do so.
As you mentioned that you currently have a Visa credit card with Nordstrom, we'd like to take a moment to explain that Nordstrom's credit cards are financed by our partner, TD Retail Card Services. While we both may share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and because of this, if you would also like to apply for a credit card with TD Bank, you're more than welcome to do so!
For businesses, TD Bank currently offers the TD Business Solutions Credit Card, and if you'd like to learn more about the great features and benefits that come with this card, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2AintX5.
When you're ready to apply, you may use the link above to do so. To get started, simply click the orange 'Apply Now' button. If you have any trouble applying, or if you have any questions or concerns, our Credit Card Specialists are here to help! They can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861, and for your convenience, are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Additionally, before applying, we notice that you're contacting us today from outside of the United States. Because of this, we'd like to take a moment to mention that, at this time, in order to apply for either a personal of business credit card with TD Bank, you will need to be a permanent resident of the United States, as well as have a Social Security Number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Please don't hesitate to connect with us directly with any additional questions or concerns, Anna.
Take care, and enjoy your holiday weekend!
