Thanks for joining in on the conversation Barbara. We are sorry to hear you cannot access your account, but we'll be happy to help you gain access.
If you are referring to your Online Banking, you will need to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll have you up and running in no time! If you're near a TD Store and would prefer to speak with a Representative in person, feel free to stop in during lobby hours. For a listing of our locations and hours please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, we would like to assist you with this directly however we do not have access to your personal information, since this is considered an unsecured forum.
You may also check your account via our automated Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system at 888-751-9000. The first time you call, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. After entering your SSN upon first use, the system will then ask you to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access through the IVR system. This Phone Code will replace your old Bank-by-Phone PIN and is independent of the PIN associated with your VISA Debit Card.
Please keep in mind that the automated system may ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number if you're inquiring about a joint account.
If you have any questions about the automated system, you can select "0" to reach a live Representative when you dial the telephone number listed above. Our Representatives are available 24/7 to answer any banking questions you may have.
We hope this helps, Barbara. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
