Hi there Richard,
We appreciate you writing in this evening and thank you for considering another account with us!
When establishing multiple accounts, we would first like to let you know that all of these would be visible for you via one Online Banking login. We provide one login per Social Security number.
We understand that you might be inquiring about this if one of the accounts is a joint account and the other would be an individual account. We know that you may not want the other individual listed to see both of your accounts.
If this is the issue, we'd like to let you know that each owner of an account is able to have their own Online Banking access. If you currently share an access, we suggest that the other owner establish their own account online. Then they will be viewing only those accounts for which they are listed as a signer. You'll want to change your login credentials once they have created their own account, for your security.
If you have questions about this, Richard, you can always get in touch with our Tech Support Specialists. We are available for you 24/7 at 800-493-7562, or you can stop in to any local TD Bank Store listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You can also set up your new account with us when you speak with us by phone or when you visit, and we can make sure everything is set up as you would like.
Thanks again for your message and we hope this helps a bit!
All the best to you and have a great night.

Let me now explain you my situation here.
I already have a business account with TD bank and would like to open another account which will be used and accessed only by my partner. I don't want to give him the access of my existing account and thus want this new account to have a complete different login ,Is it possible to open up two bank accounts with the same bank under the same name? please let me know how we can do this? My partner does not have access of my existing account, it is exclusively accessed by me only. I want to open the new account on the same business name. Is it possible to open up two bank accounts with the same bank under the same name?

Welcome back, Richard.
Yes, you may open a new business account under the same name and create a new BusinessDirect online profile for your partner. In this situation, if you are an Authorized Signer on both accounts, you would be considered the Administrator and your partner will be a Sub-User.
Once you open the account, as the Administrator, you are able to log in and add a Sub-User (with limited access) if you currently have BusinessDirect online access for your business account(s) with us. To do so, you must first log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. After logging in, please follow the steps below:
-Select the "Users" tab
-Select "Add New User"
-Fill in the required fields
-Choose the accounts the new user will have access to as well as activity level
If you have any trouble adding a sub-user, feel free to call our Small Business Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 2. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to assist you. Similarly, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps out, Richard. Take care.
