Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Aninda.
Since you mentioned that you are 17, you would need to be 18 or older to receive a new debit card by yourself. You must have your parent or legal guardian assist you, while obtaining your new debit card. For TD Bank Store hours and location information, take a look here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks for writing in, Aninda and please take care.
