Good of you to stop by TD Helps tonight, Taylor! We're glad that you'd like to open a savings account with us and we'll be sure to tell you how you may do so.
We'd like to begin by stating that in order to open an individual account at TD Bank, you'd need to be at least 18 years of age. Please take a look below for some information on our savings account types.
Click here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 to view a list of our savings accounts. We also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM; which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs. Once you've found that account best suited for your needs, please visit any TD Bank with an adult during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
You'll both need to present a valid photo ID such as a state license, state ID or passport. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include the following:
-School ID (preferably with a picture)
-US Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Taylor and have a great night!
