Good morning, Hugh.
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, and we're so sorry to hear that you had trouble with your TD Bank Debit Card. We'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to take a moment to explain that, currently, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, we unfortunately do not have access to your account or personal information to assist you directly; however, you're more than welcome to connect with us in whichever method is the most convenient for you so that we can better assist you with your card.
You have a couple different options to choose from, and we'll gladly provide you with all your options.
First, you're welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists at 1-888-751-9000. For your convenience, our Specialists are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
While we understand that you are not currently in the United States, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location during your visit. Our Customer Service Representatives are always happy to help during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We apologize again that we couldn't assist you directly, Hugh, but we hope this helps.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, and we hope you have an amazing weekend!
