I am a Canadian citizen living in Nashville, TN and am interested in purchasing a house in Nashville. I do not see that you have a US Branch in my area. Does this mean that you do not offer mortgages here?

Thanks for your interest a loan with TD, Sylvia. We'd be glad to discuss.
At this time, TD is not authorized to lend in the state of Tennessee due to federal regulations that prevent institutions from lending outside of their footprint. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Although this is the case, please note that as a Canadian, if you're interested in a mortgage or home equity product with TD Bank US for a property within the States that we have Stores, you're more than welcome to apply. We'll be happy to view the guidelines for these applications with you.
We also invite you to view more about our Cross Border Banking services here: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4, and also see http://bit.ly/1jbFLvX to learn more about the Cross Border Mortgage process. Furthermore, our Cross Border Team can be reached at 877-700-2913, 24/7.
Our friends in Canada have answered a similar question on their TD Helps page and it can be found here: http://bit.ly/1wbypdm. You may also submit your own question from the link provided if you need further assistance.
We hope this information helps, Sylvia and have a good afternoon.
