Borrowing & Managing Your Credit

Good morning and welcome to TD Helps, Ashly.
You'll be happy to learn that we do offer Secured Credit Card at this time. A secured credit card is a great way to establish or rebuild your credit history. When applying for a Secured Credit Card with TD Bank, we also require that you open a Savings account at the time of your application. This account is then used for you to make a deposit which is held as collateral against the card. You should expect to receive a decision via mail within 7-10 business days after the application is submitted, and at that point if you have been approved, you will need to come back into the Store to make your collateral deposit based on the credit limit you're approved for.
If you have additional question(s) about TD Secured Credit Card, you are more than welcome to contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 and speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist or visit your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours for assistance. For a list of the Store locations, hours and telephone numbers, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally, we have helpful information on part of our website called “Building a Good Credit Score." We invite you to take a look at it by visiting this link https://go.td.com/1nUzsyy. It will provide you with details you might find helpful on how to build your credit. It will also give you tips on how to maintain your good credit once it’s established.
Hope to hear from you soon, Ashly. Have a great weekend!
