I have EE bonds in my mother's name. She passed away in August 2017, and I am the court-appointed executor of her will. Can I redeem the bonds at a TD branch if I have the letter of testamentary and my mom's death certificate? I also have an estate identification number from the IRS. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Welcome to TD Helps, Linda! Typically savings bonds can be redeemed at your local TD Store with a Teller. Because your case is unique, we recommend connecting with the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to determine what documents would be needed to negotiate the bonds. You can review TD Stores and their contact information here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. You're also able to learn more about bond redemption here: http://bit.ly/2GDkBoq. We hope to hear from you soon, Linda. Enjoy your day.
