We recommend reaching out to your local TD Store to assist with the verification of a deposit or loan account. Feel free to peruse our TD Stores to find the one closest to you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Our Stores can handle requests for both Business and Personal deposit and loan accounts and we recommend contacting the Store ahead of time to let them know you will be sending in a request.
When sending the request, there are a few things to please remember:
- Note the address or fax# that you would like the request to be returned to
- Please make sure that your request is specific so that we include all necessary information you would like to verify
- As it sounds like you may be a third party – please understand that the request must be signed and authorized by our TD Customer (or an Authorized Signer on a Business account)
