Good day, Liviu! We appreciate your interest in banking with us and it's our pleasure to provide you with some info. Don't worry if you're not a United States citizen or resident right now, you're still able to open an account with us! In order to do so, you'll just want to stop in at any TD Bank Store. For our hours and locations near you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. As you're writing in from West Palm Beach, you'll be glad to know that we have several locations in your area, including locations on South County Road and Centre Park Drive West. Just click the Store Finder for any details you need. If you haven't already done so, we invite you to check out the products we offer. We're sure you'll find one that works for you. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 , or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs. And since you mentioned that you're interested in a debit card, you'll be happy to know that these come free of charge when opening a checking account with us. Once you are ready to visit a Store, you will need to bring two forms of identification with you. One form of ID must be a valid non-US Passport or Visa with photo and the second form of valid ID you may select from the list below: - Employment ID with Photo and Signature - State Issued ID or Driver's License with Signature - Foreign Driver's License with Photo - US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date - College ID with Photo - Alien Registration Card with Photo - Permanent Resident Card with Photo Once your new account is opened, as all TD Bank Stores have instant issue machines, you will walk out with a new card in your hand! Best of luck and looking forward to seeing you at one of our branches soon, Liviu! Thanks again for the question!

Thank you for joining our conversations here, Antonio. Although TD Bank N.A. and TD Ameritrade are under the same TD shield, we are different entities. We highly recommend contacting the TD Store you will be visiting to open the account in advance to confirm if any other information will be needed in order to set up your new account with us. Thanks again for banking with TD, Antonio. Have a great day!
