I am a TD banking customer in Canada and am told I need to either go through the 3 week process of establishing an account by mail or going to a USA branch---closest one to Toronto is Albany, NY.
I requested the paperwork over a week ago and have yet to see it. Are these my only options ?

To best assist you, we recommend connecting with TD Cross Border Banking Support Line 24/7 by calling 1-877-700-2913, who can assist you in opening the account by phone. With our new Cross Border Banking procedure, you may be able to set up your new TD U.S. account at your local TD Canada Trust Store Location.
