From your message, it sounds as though you may be referring to a business account held here at TD Bank. If you are listed as a signer on this account, you'll be able to gain access to the account online, via our BusinessDirect platform, once the current online Administrator adds you as a sub-user. If there's any questions regarding how they may do so, the administrator can contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562, using Option 2 to help you get set up.
We'd like to let you know that if you're currently listed as a Trustee of the company but not yet listed as a signer on the account held here at TD Bank, the current account signers can visit any TD Bank Store with you to add you on. Each of you will need your Social Security number in addition to a valid ID, such as a State ID, Driver's license or Passport to get started. No account holders exist. Terminated after the bankruptcy and the court appointed the trustee.
