We'd like to let you know that we offer different types of Checking accounts. To open an account as a U.S. Citizen, a Social Security number and Photo ID (driver's license, State ID, Military ID or Passport) would be required; based on the information you've provided however, you may also have the option to open an account with us as a Foreign National instead. Either way, you should be able to open an account with us but we apologize as you would have to come into one of our TD Bank Stores in person to do so.
